Well, for the 1st few years of this photography business that I have created for myself I was great at blogging! Now I am just plain lazy about it. In all fairness I do upload to facebook pretty darn well and I have a little 4 month baby, 8 year old and 13 year old...so life is busy. I was jusdt on Pioneer Woman's site though and just felt plain guilty that I cannot manage to throw pictures on my blog and write a bit...for any of you who have checked out her blog, you know what I mean! :) I know that I need to provide good blogging services though like all the other photographers...so I am going to get better~if any of you even care??? :) Anyways...here is a start, with few pictures that I have been blessed to be able to capture so far in this 2012 season! I love you all~I have the BEST clients and thank you for smiling when at a shoot I tell you that you will be facebooked and most likely not blogged. Not anymore~now I will say roudly that you will be facebooked and blogged!

So they came here from St.Augustine, Fl.(my old stomping grounds) and stayed at the GORGEOUS Glen Erie for their 15th wedding anniversary, SO I got to shoot there!!! YAY! They had to pull strings even with staying there, that is how much they do not let photographers in. I cannot say I blame them, as EVERY photographer would be there all the time otherwise!! Jamie had her NEW ring on that she just got, so we were able to capture its beauty...and their love....just amazing and sweet! I was honored to get to capture your love at this stage, 15 years!! I LOVED capturing their day for them! I was only there an hour and you would not know it for how much we were able to capture....I cannot believe I was only there an hour! I got to know their beautiful love so well in that little bit of time. There were joyful tears as they read their vows to eachother, and Dan stating it was the best day of his life was really the ultimate tear jerker! Dan is deploying here VERY soon and this couple is giong to be amazing because they have eachother! We all exited Garden of the gods in the rain, seen in the last picture posted. :) They say it is good luck to have rain on your wedding day, not to mention the rain all over you! Here are a few pictures from little Westin's Easter shoot! Kari (mommy) ended up getting a few pictures with her little bunny because he just was sleepy and wanted to be in Mommy's arms or chewing on the carrots! You can see that little Westin ended up passing out in his Mommy's arms and so we got to put him on the basket for a few pictures! :) What a doll Westin is, what a good/beautiful Mommy Kari is....So Fun Kari getting to capture your this for you...seems like yesterday we were doing your maternity shoot! :) Kari, there are around 60 images, so I think there will be a lot you love!

This shoot was a special one for sure. Baby Leah was born while her Daddy was home on his rest and relaxation from the Army! She waited for him and he was just one time to be there for Ashley! We were able to capture a moment for them before Daddy left, them loving on their little girl and just being a family. My Little Blessings!

My babies are growing so...and I just cling to them sometimes after we pray before bed-letting them know how loved they are. We have kiddos who read their Bibles every night before bed on there own and when Tony and I walk in they share what they are reading. We are really blessed with kiddos who shine for the Lord at a very young age! One thing though is that my kiddos are not big fans of my camera, unless I only pull it out now and than. This was a now and than. I said, "kiddos get your coats we are going to play"...and that's what we did. They raced, accidentally stepped on a turtle(I do not know that it was still alive), and the horses even came out just before we got back in the car. I love my babies, one of my greatest blessing from the Lord, and I thought I would share these pictures with you! I am a proud Mommy.........

Matt and Lauren while he was on his R&R!!!

Matt was home on his R&R with the Army. During that time we were able do Matt and Lauren's engagment shoot! I know that these pictures will be amazing to have as they count down the days to March when he is home and they can get married!! It was not long ago that my hubby and I went through the same thing with the Navy and for that I know that these pictures will be perfect to have!

It took a bit to do this...This shoot was purchased by the kids for their Mom and Dad as a gift certificate a year ago. With family living in Denver and getting all together at once-we finaly did it! I hope you guys love these pictures, I am glad we were able to make it work!

Well, I have to say that the Cherry family are quite the troopers. This shoot was on a day where it was 30 degrees and a wind tunnel, making for very cold little girls. I felt so bad even asking them to smile, knowing that they really did not have anything to smile about! :( We managed to get some good shots and photoshopped out some tears that were running down cheeks from the cold.....I hope you love them all Kristen, sorry you had such a cold day! You have a beautiful family and I think we were able to capture it...even though! :) Have an amazing Thanksgiving!
